Very good hotel, lovely restaurants, and as expected of the name.
The bed was extremely comfortable although the room was relatively small compared to other rooms we had in India. It was very nicely appointed and we had a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The bathroom was clean and relatively new. Overall it was as expected from a hotel like Claridges. The choice of restaurants was extensive, and we had the best meal we had in our whole trip to India in the Indian restaurant in the hotel.
Obviously it was not 'good value' but we got a high standard of service for what we paid for.
